Guided Trip Rates - Booking Policy
Deposit of 50% per person is due within 30 days of trip booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to trip.

Deposit INFORMATION
Trip confirmation will be only upon receipt of your 50% per Guest deposit. You have 20 days to remit your deposit upon receipt of the invoice. If a deposit has not been received within 20 days of receipt of invoice, the trip date will resume as first come first serve and be confirmed ONLY by a 50% deposit per Guest.
Should you need to cancel your trip, all deposits are non-refundable. If you or Rogue Canyon Outfitters can find a replacement for your canceled trip we will refund your deposits as we are able to fill your vacancies.
Please understand that we cannot insure your investment in your River trip reservation(s). We strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance. Once you sign up. We lost the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups. Our number of Guests are limited by River Management policies. Therefore, we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. Should you decide to cancel your trip with us, your trip cost it not transferable to another year.
Trip Insurance:
Over the years, we have heard from some Guests who had last minute emergencies. Those who had purchased the affordable insurance offered were completely covered for their losses. Those who did not lost their vacation investment. Trip insurance covers medical emergencies, medical expenses, accidental death, lost baggage, and medical evacuation. It does not cover work emergencies, work schedule changes, or immediate family emergencies other than health or death issues.

It is important to note that if trip insurance is purchased within seven days of your initial deposit with RCO, the insurance also completely covers the insuring party's pre-existing medical conditions.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due on the last night of your trip at Illahee Lodge. Rogue Canyon Outfitters will have invoices on hand showing the remaining balance for each Guest.

Trip Details: 4 Days / 3 nights Guided Fishing on the Rogue River
Cost is $1485 per person. Include 4 days of guided fishing, and lodging nightly at three riverside lodges (Black Bar Lodge, Marial Lodge, Illahee Lodge). All gear, tackle, flies, beverages, and daily riverside meals provided.

Rogue River Canyon (Winter Steelhead)

Cost is $1950 (for two anglers) - Includes, gear, tackle, flies, lodging at Illahee Lodge, and all meals.
