Rogue River Winter Steelhead Report
Posted in General, Rogue River on March 19th, 2010 by Todd

Just a few examples of what you will find in March while floating the Canyon! The winter steelhead……They were at times a bit elusive, but we found them none the less! Great fishing all around!
We put in at Graves Creek last week for our 3 night float through the canyon. The fish were on the flies immediately! Generally the least active of all of our days in the fall, we found this to be a great day of fishing! The bead was king of the day. Black and blue intruder style were a close second to the bead. First night was spent at Battle Bar, where we got a light dusting of snow. But the following morning was awesome with even more activity than day one! Overall a killer time with great fishing in the Canyon.
